In general, the cancellation policy of hotels applies as follows:
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival date applies a charge of 10%.
Cancellations made from 3 to 14 days before the arrival date applies a charge of 2 nights.
Cancellations made from 0 to 2 days before the arrival date applies a charge of 100%.
If the room is marked as non-cancelable, non-refundable or similar, it applies a penalty of 100% regardless of the date on which it requests cancellation.
These cancellation policies also apply for fixed payments and may vary depending on the time of year. You can review the specific policy that applies to the hotel you want to book during the reservation process.
Cancellations in high season and holidays
Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, Summer, and holidays like 5 Feb, 1st May, Sep 16, 20 Nov and dates designated by hotels.
Reservations canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date have a charge of 10%
Reservations canceled from 15 to 29 days before the arrival date, they have a position of 2 nights
